I want to be excited for the Sims 4 but I lose interest every time I play it. I buy every pack and EP for the game and I still find myself bored and missing things from the Sims 3 (and 2). I'll probably buy this EP too (as always) even though I know the outcome.
In the beginning, I felt like TS4 had so much potential and I was excited for new releases but now, I don't know what changed, maybe it's their target audience is much younger than I am, maybe it's just too "childish" for my liking but I'm not sure what they could do to make me interested in it as much as TS2 and TS3. I just feel that it's all very vague, all of the Sims are pretty much the same, it lacks real gameplay (even with mods) and the packs leave a lot to be desired. I felt that the Parenthood pack was the best one because it added a lot of gameplay IMO, but I feel that EPs have less content/depth than GPs, where it should be the opposite.
