Sims as decor?
Does anyonr know if anyone has ever created Sims that are just for deco? Almost like mannequins that you can place around the town to make public lots seem more full ?

Have you seen the movie House Of Wax..whole town is just Wax figures positioned in windows businesses etc.That little girl staring out the window is not real.
