Sims as decor?

To be honest though there are 2 mods great for any community lot.One Is just a tiny ivy plant can place as many as you want it creates a generic role and real sims visit every day every hour it is open if you want.Have a bar for example name the NPC role 1 "Barfly" role 2 "Town drunk" role 3 "Local" etc.They are real sims and not mannequins and show up in random clothes.Super easy to setup after placing the ivy decor your lots won't SEEM full they WILL be full.
