Sims as decor?
Does anyonr know if anyone has ever created Sims that are just for deco? Almost like mannequins that you can place around the town to make public lots seem more full ?

Forgot to add an important trick to busy venues.How you populate your town also determines community traffic.By this meaning adding larger number in a few homes.A house with 6 members or seven for example if one of those sims vistis lot X the other household crew travels in tow.So make like a few households bigger with random sims could call it a Sorority house fill it with seven girls for example if girl A goes to the bar B,C,D,E,f, and G will show up there too or the majority anyway.
Have a mix of 3 couples in the same house 3 guys 3 girls and same thing if one shows up most likely all 6 will be at your club,bar,dance club,bistro whatever.

You do not need 60 extra sims in town just make like 3 houses with many sims in them.If you want to really tweak it personality drives them to certain destinations.Have a house of 6 bookworm nerds expect to see them at the library all hanging out.A bunch of jocks and cheerleaders you threw in a house with the athletic trait will be pulled to go to the gym.
