Sims keep resetting when trying to use food truck

Has anyone experienced this?
I tried in different worlds thinking it was my save and or the world.
I also tried different households.

I do have mods in my game, mostly nraas, but I have a couple lighting mods in my game
as well.Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

I tried to use nraas mods to reset the truck and the sim to no avail.

So I pulled my
Mods folder and it still did it.Also did it with a new sims 3 folder
