Sims looking awful when zoomed out + Graphics card

Hello, I just reinstalled TS3 on my new laptop and everything is working fine except one thing. When I zoom out, my sims look awful, CC hair and clothes look weird, as if only part of it is loaded?...

What was the solution? And what was wrong with it? Might be good to know in case someone else encounters the same or similar problems, I mean.
