Sims looking awful when zoomed out + Graphics card

Hello, I just reinstalled TS3 on my new laptop and everything is working fine except one thing. When I zoom out, my sims look awful, CC hair and clothes look weird, as if only part of it is loaded?...

Sure.

I downloaded the Nexus mod that makes the game recognize your graphic card, it’s called The Sims 3 GPU Add-on Support.
And I also changed my graphics settings (maxing out Sim detail and Texture detail, Visual effects was already maxed out).

I don’t know which of the two solved my problem tho, or if it was both since I launched the game after doing both and my sim looked good even when zoomed out.
