Sims with Evil trait drive me NUTS

I don't care for the 'Evil Trait' either, but I don't remove it from Sims who have it mainly because they don't really do anything which I would consider to be evil. They steal candy from babies, then they feel bad. They sneak up on Sims to scare them and once that's out of their system they move on. If anything, it is the animation they possess which annoy me more than any actions they take.
To date I have only had a single truly 'evil' Sim in my game. She was born without the trait but was evil all-the-same. As a toddler she would cause misery in her household. She terrorized the live-in sitter (who eventually did retaliate against her). And, on occasion, when it suited her, she would turn her parents against each other. She loves her father so he never has seen her 'evilness' in action; however her mother knew what she was doing. Currently, she is a child. I am hoping as she ages she will become a more balanced Sim.
