Ok I really would love to learn to do cc especially clothes. I have downloaded the workshop from TSR but I am just not getting it. Is there a cc making for dummies tutorial somewhere??
Thanks for any help!
To be honest, there are soo many tutorials out there but they all have different concepts and once you've read a lot of them it gets confusing and you dont know what to do XD You should just read/watch all the tuts you can find and learn from trial and error. There's no good tutorial out there that is recent (because creators used to use other programs and now there are much more efficient programs to use instead of the older ones)
I shall recommend these :3

If you want to try making cc (like any type) I suggest creating some contacts. Those are honestly the easiest thing to make. And then you can try clothes but it's totally up to you. Creating contacts is the easiest thing you can create. Then tattoos are another option (but I haven't tried it yet)

On SignatureSim Pink has created a tutorial for creating tattoos.
One thing I've noticed during my research on creating cc is that many tutorial and cc creators out there use Photoshop not Gimp. Be careful. I thought at first it would be easy just converting the methods to Gimp like regular editing but it's not like that at all. PS is very different from Gimp. Also, a lot of tuts out there are very complicated with their smudging and texturing but it's not like that at all to be completely honest. It's much more simpler they just make it seem so complicated XD If you have any questions feel free to ask ^^
Thanks Angel! I will look at all of those :) I have photoshop and use it occasionally instead of Gimp so that works out. I thought Gimp was too confusing :)
