Ladies and gents! SimGuruDrake is now asking us whether or not we want the modeling sections of the forums to merge! Please let me explain why this is a good thing for us.

Pros:
- More people for modeling competitions. We have very low populations on both sides.
- Allows us to help the new models finally. There is only @Eliavah and I there to help them on the Sims 4 section.
- We are no longer isolated and can express our creativity and love of modeling together, regardless of the type of game.
- (not really a pro, just a thought) Having a Community section and then a Sims 4 specific version does not make any sense. Community means all games are allowed, even Sims 2, so having us separated is kind of a waste of space, and will only lead to problems for the future of modeling down the road.
Cons:
- Possibly an influx of threads. Honestly though, there's only a small amount of threads on both sides that are bumped everyday, which means this shouldn't be a problem.
- Possibly trolls? maybe angry people? Honestly, I don't know what else could be a con, besides not getting along (which I doubt that would happen)
There's my thoughts. I think this is for the best honestly. If we want modeling to continue, we have to become one, otherwise this will die out or sputter to a stop. :cry:
