Oooh, cool! I remember playing Bustin' Out... if I'm not mistaken that was the first 3d Sims game I ever played.

Like niac1234 said, you should use the circular brush, and also perhaps also tweak the opacity and falloff of the brush so that the grass and sand have a smooth transition. But you're doing great, and the houses look really nice! :mrgreen:
