Skins and default eyes not showing up in game

Reason for my question was that I was suspecting you might have a second unwanted game folder on your system someplace that the game was reading and therefore ignoring the one into which you were putting the skins. But if the other items' removals were honored and if the clean game folder was as well, then that can't be it.
