Seems like you need to weatherproof your house. Go to roof level (the level where you see the roof-walls pop up) and lay down some floor tiles to fill out the empty space in between the walls, under the roof. Do this for every level you have a roof on, if there's multiple roof heights. That should fix the issues with weather getting into the house. Laying down floor tiles creates an interior ceiling that actually completes the room and makes it weatherproof (snow, rain etc. cannot get in). Only having a roof on top of the room doesn't prevent weather from getting in. Don't have Seasons myself, but I've started doing this to all the houses I build, so my houses are already weatherproofed if and when I decide to go for Seasons.
