I'm having a similar issue. I have installed a ssd and a second hard drive in my desktop and I have all my games installed on my ssd but wanted to put the game saves, mods and downloaded content on the second hard drive. I attempted to fallow the instructions in the link that was previously provided but ran into the issue that when I go to properties it does not give me the option for location but I did try and change it under the "move" option and I had also changed where all my new files get saved to in windows. However when I launched the game it just recreated the folder on the ssd. Any other suggestions on how to fix the issue?
