Do you have any anti malware or any clean up programs installed? If so: leave them checked as well. If not: uncheck everything except all that has to do with your antivirus.
Note: This can be more than one box. To make sure: expand the list where the installation path is mentioned and see if it has anything to do with your antivirus.
