***SOLVED**** Unable to Rename Sims 3 Folder
I've been trying to rename my Sims 3 folder and then relaunch the game for it to recreate a new one to try to work out some bugs I have. I am unable to rename it or move it. I get a box that say...

I don't have any anti malware or any clean up programs installed, no.
I did what you said but I was unsure of some so I left them checked. I restarted and tried to rename the folder, but am still unable to do it.
The ones I left unchecked I wasn't sure about, so here's a list of what they are. If it's okay, I'll uncheck them as well and restart again.
Here's the list:
Intel(R) Common user interface (there's three of them with that name).
Intel Management & Security
Nvidia Display Driver Service
Nvidia Update something... can't remember the full name.
Is it okay to uncheck these?
If so, I will do that and try it again, as all that will be left is my antivirus checked in those lists.
