***SOLVED**** Unable to Rename Sims 3 Folder
I've been trying to rename my Sims 3 folder and then relaunch the game for it to recreate a new one to try to work out some bugs I have. I am unable to rename it or move it. I get a box that say...

I just spent about 45 minutes hitting enter to continue going through all the errors while changing the permissions and then a window came up saying that if I choose to stop... something about instability. I didn't cancel it. Then when I hit okay, it shut down the window and left me at the main window where I was to change the permissions. I dont think it was done changing all the permission yet though. Do I have to do all that again??
It was in the Norton section of the C:/Program Files. It already went through C:/Program Files (x86)
I tried to change the name of the folder again just now and it still says I can't becuase it's in use.
Very frustrating.
Please let me know if I have to go through that 45 minutes of pressing continue again.
