*SOLVED** Unable to Rename Sims 3 Folder

I've been trying to rename my Sims 3 folder and then relaunch the game for it to recreate a new one to try to work out some bugs I have. I am unable to rename it or move it. I get a box that say...

So far, it looks like it anyway. It says there's 5 gigs left to transfer, so I'll see if I get any error messages before it can transfer.

I dont understand why it would say I need permission from Lolly-PC if I am Lolly-PC/Admin.
