***SOLVED**** Unable to Rename Sims 3 Folder

I've been trying to rename my Sims 3 folder and then relaunch the game for it to recreate a new one to try to work out some bugs I have.

I am unable to rename it or move it.

I get a box that says:

"Folder in Use. The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. Close the folder or file and try again."

I don't have anything open. I turned off my computer and turned it back on again to close anything that might be open in the background and then tried it again. I just keep getting that message.

Any idea what that is or how I can fix it? I can't get rid of the folder to generate a new one.

Any advice is appreciated.

    Please don't forget to paste the "solved" text in front of the subject of your first post. This will help other simmers with the same problem to find there solution faster :wink:
