I will admit that I am a ATS3 junkie myself but I haven't really downloaded much from there now as I have what I want. I did download The Palm Tree Loveseat that Sandy made and put out on July 11th. But yeah, you're right, I too wish that most of the CC that's out there was put in by EA themselves such as the clutter and all as it makes my Sims houses more real and not looking like a model home... :)
