I may be in the minority here, although I've never taken a poll or anything, but I prefer my store content unfixed. The fixing mechanisms have the potential to break things along the way.
What is good to have though are the store content patches from EA. If you are on a Patch 1.69/Origin controlled game, then these are already baked in. If on 1.67/Steam or retail disc without Origin control though, they need to be downloaded and placed properly because the Launcher no longer offers them up automatically.
