Store won't let me log in

So, when I go to log in it just spins. I've cleared my cache and tried different browsers. I canceled and logged in with the husband's account and got in right away, so I logged out and tried mine again. Nope. It's so weird and frustrating.

    Have you deleted all your browsing history including IE even if you dont use it? IE maybe blocking you

    Yep. I've cleared my history on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge which I don't use). I'm attempting to access my purchase history through the store in-game (got a new laptop so have to redownload everything and find out what happened to Roaring Heights which it claims I don't own even though I do), but it's not pulling anything up.
