Story Progession
Do you prefer to play the game with the story progression on or off? I had been playing the game with the story progession on for most of the game this time around but I turned it off before Christmas...

Story Progression and Aging are different things. If you want to avoid sims getting old or dying of old age, turn Aging off.
Yeah, I realize now it doesn't work that way. I don't want to turn the aging off though because I still want them to age transition and if I turn it off then none of the Sims will at all. I think I just want to try to balance it out better so I get back to the other members of the family line before they get old or pass away if they were well into the Elder stage but like I said I get playing the active family for a long time and don't end up getting back to all of them.
