Betty's Mansion was created by me specifically for Betty Simovitch, a Sim created by @CravenLestat. Regretfully, Betty is no longer available in his studio on the Sims 3 Exchange. An older version of this home on the Exchange called "Betty's Mansion" has been modified to remove some excess floor tiles, fill in missing ceiling tiles, and add lights (most of the rooms contained only 4x4 ceiling lights from buydebug).
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, two-story home is built on a 30x30 lot and includes two fountains, two parking spaces in the front, and a swimming pool and birdbath in the back. It has an eggshell blue exterior with dark wood doors and extravagantly designed windows with white trim. It features a front porch with rocking chairs and a second-story balcony facing the street.
