Sea Horse Estates was created for the Cape Albacore Collaboration and is meant to be placed on the 60x60 lot on Map D53 at 53 Sea Horse Blvd. Of course, you may place the lot in your favorite world.
It has a kitchen, living room, master bedroom, nursery, and main bath on the first floor, with four bedrooms, a bath, and a reading nook on the second floor. The front and rear of the home have porches that span the width of the house. Rockers face the street, and a treadmill, toybox, and a painting area complete the rear porch. The property contains chickens, cows, bees, a horse corral, a garden complete with a tractor, a picnic table, and a children's play area including a seesaw, two spring riders, and a clubhouse treehouse.
Sea Horse Estates is a heritage farm that has been in the Colby family for seven generations. Jack and Emma Colby are newlyweds who inherited Sea Horse Estates from the Colby family. They plan to have many children and raise them on the farm. When their heir becomes a young adult, he or she will inherit Sea Horse Estates. All heirs of the estate must keep the Colby surname.
