Jack and Emma Colby were created to live at Sea Horse Estates, which was built for the Cape Albacore Collaboration (Map D53 - 53 Sea Horse Blvd). They come with a large enough bank account (§165,079) to purchase Sea Horse Estates and have enough left over to live comfortably.
Sea Horse Estates is a heritage farm that has been in the Colby family for seven generations. Jack and Emma Colby are newlyweds who inherited Sea Horse Estates from his father. They plan to have many children and raise them on the family farm. When their heir becomes a young adult, he or she will inherit Sea Horse Estates. All heirs of the estate must keep the Colby surname.
