Fishing Hideaway on ~texansky~ creations

This home was created for the Cape Albacore Collaboration and is meant to be placed on the 20x30 lot on Map I94 at 94 Blobfish Path. This lot is contoured on a body of water, so it probably will not work in another world.

Inspiration:
@fatness1974 on the Sims 3 forums: “I was going for a loner/fisherman shack.” I picked up her idea and ran with it. Great suggestion.

Fishing Hideaway is a simple one-bedroom, one-bath shack, perfect for the lone fisherman, and is a steal at §13,591. It comes complete with a dock, fishing boat, and an outdoor area for cleaning the catch each day, with a barrel to haul the fish to market. It fits on a 20x30 lot.

NOTE: The lot on the exchange has the dining table and chairs moved 1/2 square closer to the kitchen counters because when I tested it, my Sim went from the left chair nearest the window and went clear around to the right instead of going left.

Paddy’s Sports Bar was created for the Cape Albacore Collaboration and is meant to be placed on Map F78 – 78 Walrus Walk – in the mobile home neighborhood.

Paddy O’Brien opened this bar for sports enthusiasts everywhere. Grab a cold one, sit back, and watch the game! No game? No problem! There are plenty more things to do. Darts, pool, foosball, ice hockey, free throws, dancing, watching the band, drinking, and dining are all available. It fits on a 20x30 lot.

Mirabel Palace was created for the Cape Albacore Collaboration and is meant to be placed on Map C at 47 Clownfish Court.

Mirabel’s Palace has an outdoor cafe and inside you will find the live show stage with ample seating for the shows. There is also a dance floor, two bars, a few arcade games, a few slot machines, a photo booth, Skee ball, and several tables and chairs. There are two unisex bathrooms. It fits on a 40x40 lot.
