Ugh, yes I hate the spider babies! I have that CC in my game and have no idea how to get rid of it, so i just use the edit in CAS cheat if they pop up that way. It's really annoying.

@cybergrrl did you find an empty world to start with or did you empty it yourself? If you emptied it yourself that may have been what corrupted it. I don't really understand how it works exactly, but the game knows which premades lives in what world and sometimes tries to push them to do stuff. If they've been deleted then it leads to corruption. So if you want to empty a world you need to use a mod like mastercontroller which has a "total annihilation" option. It makes the game think those premades have lived their lives, done their stuff, and died like they should so that doesn't happen.
