The Cowboy and the Mermaid
The next few weeks are busy with the triplets growing and developing new skills and Mom and Dad learning to cope with three toddlers and their new family life. They are busy, but it is a happy time and Dwight and Lorelei made a great team working together. When Lorelei needs to go out on a dive job, Dwight is able to take over. When Dwight has a case Lorelei is able to be with the kids. As the toddlers learn their skills it becomes a bit easier on the adults.

They get a pretty good routine with settling the kids in the nursery after supper and finding some time to themselves once they are settled in for the night.

"Meet you at the pool after you clean up the kids pot. It's your turn." Lorelei laughs and winks at Dwight.
Dwight hurries with his task and empties and cleans up the potty chair. He arrives at the pool and Lorelei is getting ready to dive in. He jumps on the second board and dives a split second after her. They meet in the middle of the pool and share a kiss. They swim to the side of the pool and get out sharing more kisses. They may both be tired after a day taking care of toddlers and juggling work schedules, but, they are never too tired to share their love with each other.
