The Goldhart Legacy
This will be more like my personal thread for my new family, the Goldharts. This is not a well-written story or anything like that, plus my English are pretty mediocre so there is nothing to read here. I write down the events as they happen. I am exciting for this new family I have made and its story.
Just a few kilometers away from Simsonia's coast, lies a small and abandoned island-village. It was once called the "Winchester farming community", possibly named after the initial farmers who settled in this island, the Winchesters. The island was soon abandoned by early to mid 20th century as its last residents migrated to mainland Simsonia in search of better job opportunities.
The island is now the hub of small scale toursm activities involving sea sports and an active bar for the tourists.
But in 1948, an impoverished and desperate couple landed on the shores of the island. Their serious and grim face only shows how desperate this couple is. Impoverished and with little money left, their arrival at this Gods forgotten island is definitely involuntary. His name was Edward Wyatt Goldhart and her name was Brittney-Anne Goldhart.

The land was vast and empty, and the couple had to navigate its sea with a small boat they managed to buy just before they flee their old world. Luckily, the couple had a place to call temporary home. It was the old house of an old fisherman who abandoned his house in 1939 and was friend of Edward.

But upon approaching the old house, they found out that its not only very old but about to collapse as well.

Despite the danger the couple was so tired that they decided to rest inside this very abandoned house. The night was warm and mosquito bites relentless. The melancholic couple did not exchange a lot of words. The very next day both determined that after what have transpired back to their old life, they can not go back. They must make a new life here, or feel the wrath of the very powerful entity that made them abandon their old life and city in the first place. They decided to explore the island. See whats going on around there.

Soon they bumped into the one and only bar that exists in the island. And the only active place in the entire island.

The bartender said that the owner kept the bar here to accomodate tourists who visited the beach of the island for their sea sports activities. He advised the couple that they should leave the island as there is no permanent life in there and they will be on their own if something happens to them. The matter of food was also important. The couple had nothing to feed themselves with. No supermarkets around.

The island was almost untraversable. Grass had grew in roads and elsewhere.

After spending an entire day wandering, the couple spotted another abandoned house. But this one lacked a door.

The couple decided to spend the day in this door-less house. It looked abandoned and noone was inside. Brittney was worried that this was the hiding spot of criminals and thugs. They were steadly growing hungry again and had no reliable source of food other than whatever that bartender was willing to give them. When the bar is open. "Maybe...we should return. Pay for our crime...settle our debt..." Brittney said, but even the thought of returning was unthinkable for Edward. They just cant risk it. What if they lose their lives? They exiled themselves to this abandoned island and now they have to do something about it. Live, or perish.
