I have decided that I'd like to continue the family of Emily Jones back in Sunset Valley, where I was actually having the most fun with this save. That means that everything up to the end of page 3 and a bit on page 4 are canon in this story. However, where the family moves to Riverview will not be a part of this story. To start this story off, there will be three recap posts that I had posted on the What Happened in Your Sims 3 Game Today? thread, but without the spoilers. This way, everyone can get up to speed on where the save started, and where it is going. I'll post those in a bit, but hope you all enjoy this story.

I never had planned to share this save here, due to the fact I was having some financial issues at the time, which I won't go into except for the fact I gave up internet (and the forums) because of that. Also, my computer at the time was a laptop that was not really made to play games on. So I cut down on what EP's I would use, and created a save with Emily that would work well with it. Emily quickly became rich when an apple became a Tiberium gem. Soon after, she met and fell in love with Christopher Steel and they had a child named Eric. Sometime after Eric was older, they had another child they named Jessica.When Emily and Christopher were elders, Christopher decided to use some of the Lifetime Happiness points he received from accomplishing his Lifetime Wish to clone himself. Christian Jones was a child, due to the way cloning at the Science Lab works. By this time, Eric was married to Fawn Ursine, Jared and Claire's daughter. She was attracted to a Sim named Garry Sekemoto, who was Zelda Mae and Leighton Sekemoto's child. However, young Garry was attracted to Carina Alvi, a granddaughter to Iqbal Alvi and the Bunch's. It wouldn't matter anyhow, Melanie scared the heck out of Garry when he witnessed her transform into her werewolf form on the full moon. With the wolf taking control, Melanie ran off into the wilderness. However, those instincts told her their was a stranger at her house, so she went to investigate. Lo and behold, it was a teenaged boy named Dwight Langerak, and their was some instant attraction.https://imgur.com/zE6gmtx.jpgDwight is VJ Alvi and Kaylynn Langerak's son, and a cousin to Carina Alvi. He was born a supernatural fan, so that was probably why he and Melanie got along so well. Melanie even kissed him in her werewolf form, and he liked it a lot, even though she was embarrassed when she went normal in the morning. However, Melanie already had a boyfriend named Hiram Bunch. She happened to catch him cheating on her with her aunt, Marisol Frio. She broke up with him, and then started to date Dwight. Soon, tragedy hit the family as Emily Jones passed away in the backyard. Christian soon became a young adult and he moved out of the family. Melanie soon followed, and she turned Dwight into a werewolf like her. They both got quite good at it, actually. Soon, Dwight and Melanie were married, with their family in attendance. This would lead to the events that caused me to change the save name from Jones to Langerak. Fawn aged up to elder the same night as her daughter's wedding. However, tragedy would strike again shortly before Melanie gave birth as Christopher followed his wife into the Netherworld. He never thought it would end up leading to his visit to the future. He was able to build his first Plumbot, a female model named L4U-RN. She basically became a maid around the house. A man named Emit Relevart appeared out of a time portal shortly after. Emit knew that Eric was the inventor of the first Plumbot, so he wanted Eric to see how important his creation would become in the future. Upon his return to the past, Eric became the grandfather to triplets named Abigail, Ariana, and Evan Langerak.

Quinton got a bad boy makeover due to the traits he had, but he would prove to be a good father, and a good husband. However, a baby was coming soon, and it wasn't theirs. Dwight got Melanie pregnant again, and she had her fourth child, a son named Michael. https://i.imgur.com/EPoj6z1.jpgBeing the heir to a wealthy family meant that Ariana didn't have to follow the rules that society set, and she proposed to Quinton who said yes. Melanie had to tell Dwight that she was pregnant, and he was ecstatic. Then, @CravenLestat sent me a Sim he created named Cori Lucas. She was a very poor Sim in my game, so the Langerak's took her in. They paid for her to accomplish her dreams in University, along with Ariana and Quinton. Ariana and Cori quickly became the best of friends, even though Cori is the shy and quiet type. However, Cori and Quinton always had a hard time getting along, no matter how hard I tried. When everyone returned home, Melanie ended up giving birth to Michael Langerak. This meant she had 4 kids. Ariana, Cori, and Quinton all uploaded their resumes and all got their dream jobs. Melanie also became a grandparent to Abigail's daughter, Sheena Langerak. Of course, this added PlantSim genetics to the save. Quinton and Ariana were not married at the time, and since his genetics weren't part of Daisy, he only became her step-father upon marriage. Around this time, Toaster and L4U-RN fell in love as they both had the trait chips to allow them to do so. Soon, Daisy became a cute little, green haired toddler that looked like Ariana. Then, L4U-RN proposed to Toaster and they soon got married. For some dumb reason, I ended up kicking them out of the household, but it is what it is. I didn't quite realize it, but Quinton is actually a cousin to Dwight, so Quinton married a relative in a sense. I try not to think of it though, the game doesn't recognize that. She was the only child of Ariana's at the time, so it was her destiny to be the heir. Daisy and Michael had a great uncle/niece relationship, similar to how Melanie and Christian got along so well. Quinton then had his birthday where he aged up to adulthood. It wasn't long after that when Michael aged up. Then, I ended up pausing the save file for a bit to share a few past updates of things I never posted on the main story thread I have. They aren't actually considered canon to the save, so I'm not recapping them here. Then, Dwight had his elder birthday shortly after I resumed in the present. Emily came back as a playable ghost to rid the family of their werewolf powers, something I wished I hadn't done but it was too late to change it. And not long after this, Daisy aged up into a teenager, and was very similar in looks to how she is now as an adult. I ended up giving her a makeover because I felt she deserved it. She's actually prettier as an adult but not bad as a teenager. Langerak Family, Day 150This takes place on the 150th day of the save, it is also day 4 of week 22. I dreamed that when we woke up today, we decided to move to Riverview for some reason. Oh, and I had another child with Quinton.Melanie: Sounds like a dream I once had. I ended up marrying Quinton's father, Garry Sekemoto and had kids with him. It was finally time for Ariana to retire as Leader of the Free World because Harlan just got promoted, completing his lifetime wish. He is back at the beginning of young adult so he will serve for at least 40 to 60 days.

Harlan went out to check on the Forbidden Fruit. He was happy to find out that he now had his third child, the first with Daisy. Her name is Lily Goth, and she proved me wrong about PlantSims. Harlan is a male (obviously) but he harvested a female PlantSim instead of a boy. I used cheats to look at her, and she favors Harlan more than Daisy. I will only do a few edits to her as I really like the way she'll turn out as an young adult. Just because she is firstborn doesn't mean she will be heir yet as I plan on them having at least two children.

One of the days, when the family got the mail, they found out that Lily had gotten an IF. Dwight used the Philosophers Stone to turn it to gold, but it disappeared. At least I got rid of it, Daisy has one stuck in her inventory that I can't do much with.

Daisy spent a little bit of time with her daughter. Lily has all PlantSim abilities, but I'm basically playing as though she is 1/2 PlantSim instead of full.

Dwight also visit his descendant, the only one her. I forgot his first name, but his last name was Naquin, meaning Carrie (Langerak) Naquin was the only one to have any descendants. What's strange is that he has greenish skin, yet Carrie's line of the family doesn't have any PlantSim in it. This must mean that her descendant will later marry a distant cousin or something. Of course, descendants don't matter as they are just random.

He and some lady were attracted to each other, so I had them chat for a bit. But, since it was a full moon, he ended up giving her a lunacy slap.

This morning, Lily was about to cry so Ariana made sure to get her out of Daisy and Harlan's room so she wouldn't wake them up.

Quinton had a wish to see a ghost, so I sent him next door to chat with whoever was out there. It just so happened to be his father, Garry Sekemoto.

Daisy decided that since Lily was close to aging up to toddler, she figured it was time to plant her and Harlan's next child. (It has been born, but you all might have to wait until tomorrow to find out)

I don't know what happened, but half the deceased family members came out that morning. A couple living Sims and a dog also were there.

I saw that Melanie had come out for the night, and she was meditating near her headstone. I sent Dwight over to have a chat with his ex-wife. They were on a negative relationship, so I had them talk for a bit. They finally got on the other side of the relationship bar and are filling up the positive side. They aren't friends yet, but maybe over time, they can get along and have a nice visit in the cemetery.

Back at home, Dwight decided he was ready to quit being a secret agent. He wanted something different from life now. And yes, the family got another visit from the nearby cemetery. This time, it was Kaylynn Langerak, Dwight's mother.

Then it was time for Lily to age up to toddler. PlantSims always seem to wear leafy clothes, unless you change them. I gave her hair, and changed her outfit. She will look like a female Harlan, but has Daisy's eye color, skin color, and hair color.

Checking his skill, I saw that he has technically not trained anyone in Martial Arts, so I had him put the dummy outside and train Daisy some more. It's not one of the skill challenges, but I didn't want it to say 0. He has two more skill challenges to do for MA though, which I plan on finishing.

I had forgotten that a xylophone was left out, so naturally, Lily was drawn to it. Then, Dwight saw it and just had to go encourage her.

A lady named Francisca Tisdale asked Dwight on a date. Since he and Melanie were most likely just going to be friends only, he said yes. However, I didn't really have any plans for him to get with a pudding Sim, so he left the date not long after she got to the dump.

Harlan and Daisy wanted to woohoo again, so I let them Try For Baby again. Just because she got another Forbidden Fruit doesn't mean she or Harlan have to plant it. I could give it to anybody to plant, since PlantSims look exactly like the person who harvests it. Lily looks like what Harlan would look like as a female, but you all won't see that as I didn't take any pictures. However, you will get to see Lily as she grows up and might get an idea of what a female Harlan could look like... minus the green hair, skin, and her eyes.

While Dwight was at work, Daisy and the rest of the family went to the park for a bit to fish, then they ate their supper there. Daisy was happy that everyone caught something, she was planning on using them for fertilizer.

Day 209 started with Daisy harvesting her and Harlan's second child, a girl named Rose Goth.

Quinton found out about the magic bean bush so he ate one of them. One made him breath fire, and another turned him into Papa Smurf.

Then, he ranted about death, basically saying that ol' Grim was never gonna get him. He did this many times, and Grim never showed up.

Daisy wanted to max out the gardening skill, so I had her watch the gardening channel and finally got that out of the way for her.

Dwight got invited to a party so he went around talking with guests. Rain Langerak was crying because of the death of Evan. Feeling bad for his daughter-in-law, and missing his son as well, Dwight comforted her.

The host of the party, Sonia Olsen, was neglecting her child. She kept letting him cry from hunger while she cried about losing his daddy. Dwight gave the poor child a bottle, then yelled at Sonia. Sonia got mad and said that he was misbehaving and she might kick him out if he did it again. Dwight didn't care, and he scooped the child up to put him in the crib next, as the child started crying about being tired.

Dwight thought the party was a bit lame, so he asked Rain if she'd like to visit with the family. However, everyone was asleep so Dwight chatted with her instead.

Rain was getting sleepy, and I was afraid that might cause her to leave, so Dwight threw an invigorating elixir at her.

Soon, however, I learned that these two were attracted to each other. I think that Rain sees some of Evan in him, while Dwight is lonely from being a widower.

After some harmless flirting, Dwight got caught up in the heat of the moment and kissed his daughter-in-law!

Thankfully, she didn't get mad and kissed him back. It may be a bit strange to get with your son's widow, but it's the Sims so who cares, right? Since Evan is gone, the daughter-in-law status is gone so they are just real good friends by game standards.

Quinton woke up that morning and decided he wanted to do some painting. Dwight had told him he'd be out all night so if he wanted to paint, he could. However, Dwight's plans changed and so things timed out where Quinton caught Dwight and Rain in the act. Not knowing at the time who Dwight was with, Quinton quickly ran out of the room before they came out from under the covers.

Harlan decided to throw a Spooky Day party, and this is what Quinton decided to wear. I had him use his cane and walk with the Southern Gentlemen walk.

Even though they were sad, Dwight and Rain woohooed before going to bed. I think it's time to update Rain a bit, she's had this look for a very long time now.

***It's too early to tell, but at the moment, there are two contenders to be Daisy's heir. I like Rose already, yet Lily seems to be the better looking of them when I check them as young adults. I still plan on some more children for them, so we shall see.

Lily had been wanting a chemistry set since aging up to child. I got her one but then had some issues finding a spot for it. I ended up putting it on the upstairs landing.

A bit later that day, Dwight popped the question to Rain. She agreed so he placed the ring on her finger, then they had a private wedding ceremony. Rain had been married twice before since she is a fairy that is only in the early days of the adult stage, and Dwight had been married once before. That was partly why they held a quick wedding. Then, I decided for some reason to allow Dwight to live with her but I may change that if I decide to use mods to allow more than 8 Sims.

Daisy got some new powers with the PlantSim mod I downloaded. One of them is that she can blow some kind of pollen into a Sims face and there are different effects based on what you choose. This one is a skill booster effect that causes the receiver to get a skill boost moodlet for a while. The moodlet is one that the game already has but it's just repurposed for the mod.
