I have decided that I'd like to continue the family of Emily Jones back in Sunset Valley, where I was actually having the most fun with this save. That means that everything up to the end of page 3 and a bit on page 4 are canon in this story. However, where the family moves to Riverview will not be a part of this story. To start this story off, there will be three recap posts that I had posted on the What Happened in Your Sims 3 Game Today? thread, but without the spoilers. This way, everyone can get up to speed on where the save started, and where it is going. I'll post those in a bit, but hope you all enjoy this story.

I never had planned to share this save here, due to the fact I was having some financial issues at the time, which I won't go into except for the fact I gave up internet (and the forums) because of that. Also, my computer at the time was a laptop that was not really made to play games on. So I cut down on what EP's I would use, and created a save with Emily that would work well with it. Emily quickly became rich when an apple became a Tiberium gem. Soon after, she met and fell in love with Christopher Steel and they had a child named Eric. Sometime after Eric was older, they had another child they named Jessica.When Emily and Christopher were elders, Christopher decided to use some of the Lifetime Happiness points he received from accomplishing his Lifetime Wish to clone himself. Christian Jones was a child, due to the way cloning at the Science Lab works. By this time, Eric was married to Fawn Ursine, Jared and Claire's daughter. She was attracted to a Sim named Garry Sekemoto, who was Zelda Mae and Leighton Sekemoto's child. However, young Garry was attracted to Carina Alvi, a granddaughter to Iqbal Alvi and the Bunch's. It wouldn't matter anyhow, Melanie scared the heck out of Garry when he witnessed her transform into her werewolf form on the full moon. With the wolf taking control, Melanie ran off into the wilderness. However, those instincts told her their was a stranger at her house, so she went to investigate. Lo and behold, it was a teenaged boy named Dwight Langerak, and their was some instant attraction.https://imgur.com/zE6gmtx.jpgDwight is VJ Alvi and Kaylynn Langerak's son, and a cousin to Carina Alvi. He was born a supernatural fan, so that was probably why he and Melanie got along so well. Melanie even kissed him in her werewolf form, and he liked it a lot, even though she was embarrassed when she went normal in the morning. However, Melanie already had a boyfriend named Hiram Bunch. She happened to catch him cheating on her with her aunt, Marisol Frio. She broke up with him, and then started to date Dwight. Soon, tragedy hit the family as Emily Jones passed away in the backyard. Christian soon became a young adult and he moved out of the family. Melanie soon followed, and she turned Dwight into a werewolf like her. They both got quite good at it, actually. Soon, Dwight and Melanie were married, with their family in attendance. This would lead to the events that caused me to change the save name from Jones to Langerak. Fawn aged up to elder the same night as her daughter's wedding. However, tragedy would strike again shortly before Melanie gave birth as Christopher followed his wife into the Netherworld. This was all about the time that I got a used gaming computer from my brother, and I didn't have to deal with lag anymore.https://i.imgur.com/gZ7jzRm.jpgEric found out that his parents had a bot building machine upstairs, so he began to learn to use it. He never thought it would end up leading to his visit to the future. He was able to build his first Plumbot, a female model named L4U-RN. She basically became a maid around the house. A man named Emit Relevart appeared out of a time portal shortly after. Emit knew that Eric was the inventor of the first Plumbot, so he wanted Eric to see how important his creation would become in the future. Upon his return to the past, Eric became the grandfather to triplets named Abigail, Ariana, and Evan Langerak.

Quinton got a bad boy makeover due to the traits he had, but he would prove to be a good father, and a good husband. However, a baby was coming soon, and it wasn't theirs. Dwight got Melanie pregnant again, and she had her fourth child, a son named Michael. https://i.imgur.com/EPoj6z1.jpgBeing the heir to a wealthy family meant that Ariana didn't have to follow the rules that society set, and she proposed to Quinton who said yes. Melanie had to tell Dwight that she was pregnant, and he was ecstatic. Then, @CravenLestat sent me a Sim he created named Cori Lucas. She was a very poor Sim in my game, so the Langerak's took her in. They paid for her to accomplish her dreams in University, along with Ariana and Quinton. Ariana and Cori quickly became the best of friends, even though Cori is the shy and quiet type. However, Cori and Quinton always had a hard time getting along, no matter how hard I tried. When everyone returned home, Melanie ended up giving birth to Michael Langerak. This meant she had 4 kids. Ariana, Cori, and Quinton all uploaded their resumes and all got their dream jobs. Melanie also became a grandparent to Abigail's daughter, Sheena Langerak. Michael soon aged up to toddler, and the Langeraks did the best they could to get him prepared for life. https://i.imgur.com/z7E0AqE.jpgAriana had planted the Forbidden Fruit that Cori gave her, and this seed birthed a girl named Daisy Langerak. Of course, this added PlantSim genetics to the save. Quinton and Ariana were not married at the time, and since his genetics weren't part of Daisy, he only became her step-father upon marriage. Around this time, Toaster and L4U-RN fell in love as they both had the trait chips to allow them to do so. Soon, Daisy became a cute little, green haired toddler that looked like Ariana. Then, L4U-RN proposed to Toaster and they soon got married. For some dumb reason, I ended up kicking them out of the household, but it is what it is. I didn't quite realize it, but Quinton is actually a cousin to Dwight, so Quinton married a relative in a sense. I try not to think of it though, the game doesn't recognize that. She was the only child of Ariana's at the time, so it was her destiny to be the heir. Daisy and Michael had a great uncle/niece relationship, similar to how Melanie and Christian got along so well. Quinton then had his birthday where he aged up to adulthood. It wasn't long after that when Michael aged up. Then, I ended up pausing the save file for a bit to share a few past updates of things I never posted on the main story thread I have. They aren't actually considered canon to the save, so I'm not recapping them here. Then, Dwight had his elder birthday shortly after I resumed in the present. Emily came back as a playable ghost to rid the family of their werewolf powers, something I wished I hadn't done but it was too late to change it. And not long after this, Daisy aged up into a teenager, and was very similar in looks to how she is now as an adult. I ended up giving her a makeover because I felt she deserved it. She's actually prettier as an adult but not bad as a teenager. Langerak Family, Day 150This takes place on the 150th day of the save, it is also day 4 of week 22. I dreamed that when we woke up today, we decided to move to Riverview for some reason. Oh, and I had another child with Quinton.Melanie: Sounds like a dream I once had. I ended up marrying Quinton's father, Garry Sekemoto and had kids with him. Goth Family, Days 250-252 Part 1

***In these updates, Harlan is still at the early stages of being an elder, Daisy has like 30 something days til she's an elder, Lily has about a week until she is a adult, Brandon has 80 something days to being an adult, and the twins are a week away from young adulthood.

I figured it was about time to see if I could find someone for the twins. I decided to start with Ivy first, but when she called Gregory Langerak, he refused to meet up.

For a bit, I had her chat with Mercedes Goth, just to see if there was any chemistry. However, both like men so that was a no go, but at least Ivy gained a friend.

L4U-Rn went to a party on her own. I was busy with Ivy and Gregory, so she was left on her own. She ended up playing with Sheila Hightower most of the time.

This time when Brandon pranked Lily, she actually enjoyed it. Other times, she gets pretty angry with him.

L4U-Rn was in the spare bedroom painting when Gregory decided to go to bed. L4U wanted to scan him, so she woke him up. Then she started to chat with him about how she wished she was more human. She explained that her personality was just a set of chips telling her how to act and that she could only do what she was programmed to. She always has to be friendly to people, cleaning and taking care of young Sims, and a few other duties. Gregory told her that maybe she should talk to Harlan about getting some new programming.

Since the easel was empty, Holly started a painting autonomously. I didn't get rid of it because I figured it's something she can do.

Brandon's prank on his sister-in-law did not go well. Ivy yelled at him for it and told him she'd bury him in the ground if he did it again. No, it was not a threat to kill him, she just has the power to burrow Sims in the ground or to summon them to her from the ground.

L4U-Rn decided to do what Gregory suggested. She went up to Harlan and started to chat with him about becoming more human. Harlan didn't really know how to help her, he told her that Eric Jones' files on chips were gone after that many years, but he'd see what he could do for her.

Harlan found out some good news that was written in Eric's journal. Apparently, his bot building station was in a special warehouse and Harlan brought it back to the home for L4U-Rn to use. L4U-Rn set it up as fast as possible, then spent part of the day familiarizing herself with the machine. It took a bit, but she learned all learnable nanites.

Brandon pulled a prank on Daisy and it made her pretty mad at him. Luckily, Lily was there and she pulled her husband away. She told him there were better things he could do than pranking people, and she took him to the bedroom to show him what she meant.

L4U-Rn went to a party hosted by Rose and Pierre, and she happened to catch Toaster there. Even though they are divorced, it was still showing them as pretty decent friends. L4U-Rn couldn't be mean to him since her programming didn't allow it. She wanted to mess him up somehow though so she pretended she wanted to do a tune up on him. Instead, she took out the trait chips that made him the Toaster she knew. Unfortunately, all but one of the chips she stole were destroyed.

The trait chip she stole was one that would give a Plumbot emotions. Feeling these new modes was exciting for her. She decided to test out the angry mode on Toaster and was pleasantly surprised she could slap him. She wasn't sure why she started disliking Toaster, but I believe it was partly due to her sense of duty to the Jones, Langerak, and Goth families. Langerak's and Goth's are descendants of her beloved "father", Eric Jones.

That night, she went to the cemetery to visit her grandfather, Christopher (Steel) Jones. They didn't really know each other since Chris died before she was built. They had a nice little chat though.

She was pleasantly surprised when she saw that her "mother" had also come back. L4U-Rn had a very nice chat with Fawn about everything that had happened since Fawn's death. Her sad mode was activated and she started crying oil over the fact that she missed Fawn and Eric both. This was new to her since she'd never had emotions before.

Daisy had planted one life fruit tree not long ago, and it was finally time to harvest it. Lily took the supply so she can use it to stay around longer. Brandon has a long lifespan and Lily wants to stay around most of that lifespan.

What was funny is when Ivy and Gregory started to flirt, his girlfriend, Tanisha Wolff, showed up. I had Ivy ask him to break up with her.

Goth Family Update, Days 253 and 254

Daisy woke up and needed someone to talk to. She ended up having to chat with her sprites.

Ivy decided she only had one more chance to get with Gregory. He is a young adult now, and he was showing interest in another woman. However, Ivy used their love of athletics to her advantage and got to be best friends with him.

One of the couples wanted to woohoo so I had them do that, but since I couldn't play due to work, I forgot which couple.

I sent Daisy off to the alchemy store to see if she could find another personality adjuster for Brandon. She didn't find one but she did buy a few things.

She found the opposite personality one, but for some reason, it didn't change anything. The opposite personality elixir changes all traits to their opposite, if there is one, while the personality adjuster only changes one trait to a random one.

Goth Family, Day 255 through Day 259, Part 1

It was a nice, sunny, summer day so I decided to have Lily play her guitar outside. The paparazzi kept taking pictures of her but they left her alone at least.

When she had decided she was done, she kissed Brandon in the front yard for everyone to see. He had already been outside dancing to the music Lily was playing.

The kissing led to more so they headed upstairs to try for a baby. Lily is not a level 7 gardener yet so the resulting seed can't be planted by her, and I feel like she should be the one to do it, not Daisy, who is a level 7.

Lily had an opportunity to dance at the Grind for 3 hours. I sent her over there alone, and there was no one else there except the mixologist. I ended up sending L4U-Rn there to keep Lily company, and that is when the townies all started coming in.

When Brandon got up that morning, he started to chat with L4U-Rn. He ended up doing one of those stimulus tests or whatever they are called on her.

After Daisy's adult birthday, she got a midlife crisis. One of her wishes was to buy a motorcycle. The family did have one when her father, Quinton, was alive but I ended up selling it.

Her trip on the motorcycle was to give some Outstanding quality produce to Lawrence Goth. She got over $1000 for her troubles.

Brandon wanted to visit the cemetery, most likely since he is evil now. While he was there, only one ghost was still out in the morning sun. It was Evan Langerak, who is Daisy's uncle. He also happens to be Brandon's grandfather.

Daisy took care of the garden and then she had to throw some dead plants away. I'm cleaning out the garden now so I can replant with the saved produce I have in a chest. This produce is better quality than what was planted. There will still be a few more generations in Sunset Valley and I plan on a new garden in Moonlight Falls, minus the money trees.

He knew the family wasn't really happy that he gained the evil trait, so Brandon went to the alchemy store to see if they had any of the personality elixirs. He found a potent one, but that changes every trait. He bought it anyway and he is now a technophobe, has star quality, rebellious, a natural born performer, and a vehicle enthusiast.

I knew that technophobes could damage items, so I tried to have Brandon sabotage the record player at the alchemy store, but he failed to do so.

****More to come later, I played several days last night. I am not sure if I am playing any tonight yet, but I work tomorrow so if I don't play tonight, I can't until my birthday on Wednesday.

Goth Family, Day 255 through Day 259, Part 2

Either Brandon or Harlan were starting to get hungry, so I decided that some of the family could go eat. I picked the wives to go with them, but Lily got kicked out of the limo for some reason. The game had her come to the Bistro shortly after, but I don't know why the limo didn't take her.

Dwight Langerak happened to be there as well. If you recall, Dwight was rejuvenated a while back and he ended up marrying Rain, his son's widow. I am not editing Dwight anymore so he is wearing random stuff.

Speaking of Rain, two of her descendants met up at the Bistro. Brandon, who had just become the King of the Fae, chatted with his sister Sheila. They are the children of Carrie Naquin, and the grandchildren of Rain and Evan Langerak. Evan used his new ability to change his wing shape to match his relatives. Sheila is a bit of an oddball in the wing department as she did not inherit the same color as her grandmother, mother, and brother.

I decided to age the twins up one day before they were supposed to. Ivy went first since I believe she was the firstborn.

I gave them $200,000 to get started but I haven't figured out where they moved to yet. Shortly after, I got a notification that Ivy and Gregory had become engaged.
