Build-n-Share Challenge # 7 - The Biscuits

This Week’s Challenge Specifics:
As the door opens your nose takes in the sweetest smell. Honey! And Biscuits!
You look up to see a smiling couple walking through the door, and the female appears to be bringing you a plate of warm biscuits with honey!
“Now that’s the way to butter me up for a build,” you think to yourself.
“Hello there,” a friendly man shakes your hand and shares a warm smile. “This is my wife Honey, and I’m Abraham. We’re The Biscuits.” He laughs as he adds, “And to make sure you don’t forget us, we’ve brought you a pleasant reminder. Honey’s biscuits cannot be beat! We’re hoping they’ll bring in guests from miles around!”
“Now, Ham,” Honey teases, “I’m sorry. My husband sometimes gets a little ahead of himself. We’re coming to you today because we have a dream of opening our own bed and breakfast. The biscuits will be a special treat for our guests. And we hope you’ll enjoy some this morning, too.” She graciously hands you the plate.
“Our old home is just getting too lonely for us,” Ham picks up the conversation. “We’d love to remodel it into a cozy bed and breakfast. Do you do remodels?”
He’s caught you a little unaware. You were hoping for a little more detail to allow enough time to enjoy the remainder of your biscuit. Getting the words out despite your full mouth, which you politely shield with your hand, you manage to choke out “Sure!”
“See, Ham? Everyone told us we were coming to the right place!”
“OK, well, what we would like is to convert our home. Some know it as ‘The Old Spenster Place.’ We’re from nearby Riverview. Anyway, we’d like to leave all of the exterior walls untouched, as the place is a bit of a local landmark. You are welcome to change the landscaping and surrounding fences, though. But most of your work will take place inside. We’d like you to completely overhaul it. On the first floor, we want some quiet places for guests to unwind at the end of their busy day touring the town.”
“Don’t forget the kitchen! I’d love a beautiful kitchen for cooking, and it would be nice if it could open onto the back patio, where we will serve breakfast each morning and an afternoon snack.”
“I was getting to the kitchen, Honey!” Ham chuckles, “Yes, the kitchen is a critical part of the home. We’d also like at least one half bath on this floor, if you can manage it. On the second floor, we’d like to offer four guestrooms. We’d like two of them to be tailored to couples. The other two should be for families with children; maybe one for a family with a baby…”
“Oh, and please make sure that one includes a fridge so they don’t have to trek up and down the stairs for bottles!” Honey chimes in again.
Ham picks up where she leaves off. You get a feeling they do this a lot. “And the other family room should have a single bed, too, for a child or teen visitor. All of the guestrooms should have their own full bath as well. And we’d like each of them to have access to one of the beautiful balconies with at least two chairs outside their room for enjoying the rising or setting sun.”
“The final thing you may be wondering is, ‘Where are you going to stay?’ Well, there is a garage on property, and it should be enough for the two of us. We’ll be out-of-the-way but close enough to check in on things and be tracked down if anyone needs anything. We just need a bed, full bath, and small kitchen with dining table in our little home. If you want to change the garage front, we’d like to take out the garage door and add windows and a door to make it look a little more like the entrance to a home,” Honey adds.
“We would like the home to cost no more than $275,000 once it is all furnished and complete,” Abraham adds the last important detail.
“I’ve never done a remodel,” you remark. “I know of The Old Spenster Place. A beautiful build. I will leave the outside walls untouched, but I’d like to work on that landscape a bit and maybe change the bordering fence, as you suggested. I can’t wait to see inside!”
“Well, enjoy that plate of biscuits from Honey, and let us know if you have any questions!” Ham says as he begins to help Honey out of her chair.
You stare at the beautiful plate and the pile of biscuits remaining. “These are all for me?” you ask, stunned.
“Oh yes, dear. We hope you’ll enjoy them.”
“Woot,” you think to yourself, “snacks for tonight’s marathon of old reruns of The A-Team.”
“Thanks so much,” is all you share out loud.
A note to those who saw the original BISCUITS post:
The original lot had a bug pointed out to me by Sparkle last night. For this reason, I have changed the lot to this new one, which I actually think is better. You can download the home here, or locate it in Riverview across from the island with all the community lots. You will need to evict The Spensters if you use this method, however.

P.S.In your upload, I would probably put in the description that it is an EA Remodel so people don't think you are "plagiarizing," even though a vast majority of the build will be new.
