Lots of places, but I have a few specific CC makers that I really, really like:
- Peacemaker-IC. Mostly does men's clothes. Seems to have moved on to TS4 now, but his TS3 stuff is still up.
- Shokoninio. Also a lot of men's clothes.
- Wicked Dress Shop/Simmania. Age conversions for elders and teens.
- Kent Converts. More age conversions for teens, elders, and children.
- Beaverhausen. Hair retextures! His rock, not much else to say.
