After turning reflections off i have no problem anymore. It was a crash yes but from the ever climbing memory leak from looking at reflections after disabling the reflections and starting the game again oddly i have reflections and sure enough reflections is off still.

and yet no more memory leak staying at 1,069,808k give or take. Before it was always climbing everytime i saw a mirror till it ran out of memory showing a crash dialog.
