For me, I don't like a mix of different patterns in a room: a mix of colors and textures, yes; but patterns, not so much. When a room has different patterns, it's busy and not restful. Your eyes don't know what to focus on. Most designers will have a focal point in a room and just one patterned wall. Mostly I find the posters in a competition with the pattern on the wall. I like the heart pattern, and there is an obvious pink theme throughout, which is nice for continuity. However, my preference is that the busy posters need a solid wall color, that can be textured, to make them pop without competing, like maybe put a soft pink on the walls and put the hearts on the bed spread.
