@puzzlezaddict Hey, thanks for getting back to me.
I'm currently on Twinbrook but the fixed MTS variant (whether this has performance issues idk) and I've experienced the same problem on Sunset Valley as well. My frame rate is manually capped via V-Sync in NVIDIA Control Panel and I've experimented with triple buffering but can't really tell much of a difference. I always check my in-game FPS and only spot small frame drops occasionally when moving the camera around.
