Recorded a small snippet of Sunset Valley on a new save file and it seems like the stuttering is present more noticeably on simulation speed 2 and 3 (3 being the obvious worst) and 1 being relatively stable(?)
My main Twinbrook save I'm using right now is around a week old and I have cleaned it up to see if there's any improvement but it's still weird.
