The Sims 3 Wont let me move to another house...why is this?

In the sims 3, I want to move my family to another household, but when I open my phone, the "Move" option in greyed out, and says "your household is not allowed to move at this time" whats wrong...

For those who have "You cannot move while a social worker is removing a pet from your house" and you do not have a pet, the only way I have found around it is to uninstall Pets, start the Sims, and then reinstall Pets.
