I was fooling around in Sunset today and decided to make over a few Townies, I only did new hairstyles/colors, facial hair, sometimes eye color, makeup and "tans", but no facial features were tweaked ...

Mikezumi, your Don Lothario is HOT! Looks like I'm back to Riverview to snatch him up! Your Bob is very handsome too. I think your idea of checking sims as the opposite gender is brilliant. I'm really going to have to remember to do that from now on. Maybe I can prevent some of the horrifying spawn I've seen in previous games. :D
