How funny because I did just that as well. CAS'd a cheap porcelain tub, stuck it in the yard. But they still won't bathe her...
They are both friends with the dog but something just cancels the option. I have no idea why this is happening but it's driving me crazy. I finally just ctrl+alt+c testingcheatsenabled true and then shift+clicked the flea trait away. I am sure I will still have problems bathing the dog when she gets dirty though. =/
