Trouble with 'Sims 3 stopped working' and Error code 12s

My game is in a lot of trouble at the moment. Recently I had my sims over in China for a while. I had the aging and travel time off and things were going smoothly. But all of a sudden when I come back...

What's not to love about it (aside from the price lol). I didn't like the initial lag but it seems to be gone, maybe it just takes some time for the pc to read everything idk. Sorry for the late reply my sims just had a baby! Something that I've been aiming for all week :smiley:

Holy cow I'm getting 50 fps in CAS. This is unheard of for my game! I once had a whole 2 fps before.
