awww, no prob onbfive. I didn't mean to sound like you were blaming our dear Rflong - I was just trying to explain this annoyance has been going on for a bit and when I first noticed it.
It is real annoying to spend hours perfecting our lots just to put them up for download, and then see all the terraine has shifted off to one side. It makes it look like we were all sipping hard cider or something when we were creating. Knowing my dear friend Rflong she probably goes into hair pulling mode to see her terrain painting perfection shifted like that - as I know how it annoys me and i am anything BUT perfect.
Almost as annoying as the game wiping out our planted gardens which sometimes happens and sometimes does not or it replaces lovely pictures on the walls for ugly mismatched shelves or fish plaques all over the place because we used store content and it's EA's idea of the game replacing stuff. Never mind floating chairs outside of buildings and everything else it does. On top of it i have ran into a few of Sims 2's favorite annoyances on some lots, and that is the "invisible" furniture. Instead of placing something else there it just leaves invisible furniture that we can't see to remove and it won't let us place anything there. Says stuff is there. That has to be worse than having the wrong stuff as I have yet figured a solution for that one. It is new too as I have just been seeing this since I installed Town Life stuff.
But if I implied anything - I am sorry. i was just hoping to explain it as I realized you were not blaming anyone.
Blessings - reggie
Rflong, the new test version C is playing great. I only played a couple hours last night, but played just as good as B and the first version. It looks the same. I did take and move in a couple of households of YA sims in hope they take and handle all the registers so hopefully i get a few less freaky sims this test. I ended up having a few insane sims running registers and it gets on my last nerve to have a dude in a top hat, dress coat and speedo's pitching fits over at the register. So far so good, my plan is working and my YA hunks and hunkettes are running the town in normal clothing.
Oh I missed a house. I did furnished the farm, but did not realize that about Contrary - so i will run back and furnish.
