@Nikkei_Simmer My cousin had twin girls two years ago, and we had a family gathering when they were a few months old. My dad actually did call them Thing 1 and Thing 2, in front of their parents, every chance he had. My cousin thought it was funny the first time... but my dad still calls them that now. I'm not sure he even knows their real names.
Also, my cousin's husband was ready even then to have another kid, but the look she gave him when he mentioned it was like, make a move now and it'll be the last time you ever have any interest in trying.
