I swapped the active household to Bob Koffi and found him chasing ghosts in the ghost buster career.

I think this might be Kerry O'Shea chatting with his Imaginary Friend. Kerry is the son of Gloria Koffi and grandson of Patience and Gobias. His father is Kearney O'Shea from Dragon Valley.

--------------------------------------------
When I started this game I initially wanted just the household on the beach lot so I could skill them. They needed to be able to sell their produce and Twin Towns has no Sims in it and that meant it was hard to find buyers for their produce.
I decided I wanted less Sims in my game than I'd had in Sunset Valley (2nd Edition Final) as it suffered from long pauses 4 times a day.
I packed a few of the Sims from Sunset Valley (2nd Edition Final) game. I left a lot of Sims from that game behind. I put my packed Sims into Twin Towns but didn't play those sims at all in this version of the game continuation. I thought the Sims I left behind had moved on and could be left behind and forgotten. Some of those Sims were close relations of some of the Sims I'd moved but were not descended from Patience. This game is about Patience and her descendants and I am very interested in family trees. Patience and her descendants are my main Sims.
I gradually came to realise some of the Sims I'd left behind needed to be in this game.
I have now got to the point where I am ready to start playing other households. These other households contain my main Sims and they have been ignored for about 40 Sim days and they've been establishing relationships that I wasn't happy with. Toddlers and children and teens had aged up without benefit of schooling. Sims that had left partners behind had formed new relationships and I wasn't happy with all of their choices.
It was time to pack up a few Sims and shuffle them around in a new version of Twin Towns world.
I packed up the Sims from Twin Towns that I wanted to keep in my new game. With the exception of Moira Hayes, these are all Sims that were not in the Sunset Valley game.
Then I went back to the last save from Sunset Valley and packed up all the Sims I wanted from that game and placed them in Twin Towns. I added quite a few extras to bring in all family members of sims that I'd initially brought across without their parents or siblings. I also picked up entire families of romantic interests of various young adults. And I had to get a few favourite children and their families. Particularly those I remembered skilling in the Boarding School.
I still left a lot of Sims behind but I am beginning to think I may have miscalculated again and brought too many with me. Time will tell. If the game starts lagging I'll have to get rid of a few of them.
Since I moved the Sims around I've been putting them into their homes. I made a record of where the current residents were living in Twin Towns before I made the move and mostly put them back into their original homes when I moved them to the new version of the world.
Most of the Sims I moved in are now settled in their new homes but there are a few families I still need to find and I'm going to have to build a few new homes for some of them as I've run out of existing houses.
--------------------------------------
I had two packages of Sims for the new game.
The first package I unpacked contained the Sims I wanted to keep from the Twin Towns game.
The second package I unpacked had the Sims I wanted to bring from Sunset Valley (2nd Edition Final).
One of the problems with the original Twin Towns game was I'd lost the ghost of Moira Hayes' father. I originally made six ghosts. They were the parents of two female adult ghosts and the husbands of the two adult females. These ghosts had lost some of their relationships too.
I added a fresh copy of the six ghosts to my new packed file from Sunset Valley.
When I unpacked the file into Twin Towns I let the Porter mod handle the doppelgangers.
The ghosts were made to build a connection between Moira Hayes and Marcie Merideth. The ghosts make them cousins. I wanted the family tree.
I initially put all six ghosts into a house in the Bayou area of Twin Towns.

When I made them I gave them different deaths and interesting traits. Some of them are evil.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Another problem I found was Ted and Helena are now just friends. Their new copies from Sunset Valley are also just friends. They don't show as being divorced. This is the couple who had that huge wedding that I was posting pictures of a few weeks ago. They have two young adult children together. They've been together for most of their lives. Now they were living apart and just friends.
Here's a picture of their wedding way back when the game was in Dragon Valley.

-------------------------------------------------------------
This is a new picture of Helena. I am not sure what key I accidentally hit, but she ended up in this place so I grabbed a screen shot before closing this and returning her to where she should have been in the game.

I decided to get Ted and Helena back together. I couldn't see how to make them married using Master Controller so I thought I'd get Helena to ask Ted to try for baby just to see if it could happen.
I soon discovered they were both more than happy to oblige.

So it seems Helena is now pregnant - the baby music played.
I moved Helena and Ted into the large house Helena had been occupying on her own. I also put their children, Deangelo and Carmel, in there with them. This freed up three houses for other Sims to move into.
I gave Helena and Ted a cot and left them to it.
--------------------------------------------------------
I've almost finished finding and relocating all of the households. I'm now looking for vacant lots as I now need to build new houses for the remaining households.
I put Sally and Alice into a small vacant lot with Sally's dog Menaleus. They were all in the boarding school together for a long time so they know each other.
I had to build them a house and this is what I made for them.

I since discovered the house is right next to the Science building and Sally works there so she doesn't have far to travel to and from work each day.
Here are a few scenes near their new home.

-------------------------
Another thing I did was to build a house for the Wheloff family. I got them as Zo had gone to Boarding School. I'm beginning to wonder why I left the Goths behind as Mortimer would have been fun. I might grab them later on if there is room for them. They won't know anyone but they don't have any relatives in this new town so it won't really matter.
I moved the ghosts out of their house and put Moira's parents in to her house and moved Marcie's parents and grandparents in with her and her family. I haven't been able to get their tombstones out of their inventories yet. I might have to send them to the netherworld. It won't matter so long as the relationship between Marcie and Moira sticks. But I'd like their tomb stones placed somewhere.
I also discovered the tombstone of Eric Darling in Moira's inventory. I have no idea how that happened. I didn't bring Agnes Crumplebottom with them.
