I haven't made much progress with the game. I found I'd left one of Patience's daughters behind so I tried packing all the Sims I needed again. I also found I'd brought the Bachelors as I wanted Mortimer Goth to marry Bella. But I'd left the Goths behind.
I just did the port of them into TT and had it auto fix the numerous dopplegangers. They were necessary to preserve relationships. And also I only got the idea to do that after I packed them. I might do it all again later to see if I can fix the many blanks in the family trees.
Anyway I found Helena in the pet shop. Her nephew, Perry was with her. She is definitely pregnant.

Then she was at home with Ted and their two YA children Carmel and Deangelo.
