Unable to Set Front of Lot in Edit in Game Mode

You should be able to do this, because I also downgraded to 1.67 recently and have been setting front of lots since then with no issue.

Remember, it's CTRL+SHIFT+LMB, and try clicking around, not too close to the edge or near any objects.
