I'm a little surprised to see a GTX 750Ti on what I think is a much newer system board. This is a custom build?
It is not typical for a 750Ti to be totally undetected by the game (unrecognized is another, less serious matter).
But let's list a few obvious things that should have been tried in light of the system restores.
-- Have you pulled your entire TS3 user game folder out of Documents to let a new one spawn to take its place, to see if that changes anything? The entire TS3 folder, not merely its contents.
-- This is going to sound ridiculous I know but it came up with another player recently where something remotely similar was happening with their dual card setup on a laptop, but your Windows user profile username -- does it have any nonstandard characters? We learned that "$"-characters were causing their problem, on the Nvidia end it seemed, and never even thought to ask about that.
-- Have you attempted an uninstall, registry clean (CCleaner), reinstall of TS3, also with the user game folder pulled out? Don't usually recommend that, but the problem might now be specific to TS3 only again in light of the system restores.
Uhh..actually that's all I got for the moment. Will return to this thread later and maybe one of the other tech responders here will see something.
