Unable to start game. Device 0 cannot run this title

@igazor I believe the 750 ti is in the sgr files for TS4 but it's not in the sgr files for TS3, I did notice in the DxDiag that they have a new driver. It could have reset the game settings. I would try to get the card recognized and make sure the game is added to nvdia control panel.
