University loading screen taking FOREVER to load! Help?

Alright I was able to get my University to load.

I deleted the cache files...try to load and it did not work.

I went into edit mode in university and checked some of the hangout lots. I noticed these oval shaped grey circles on some lots...I tried to delete them and it stated the object was in use. I used the cheat "moveobjects on" and then deleted them. The grey circles were called two social jig....no idea what it was. Anyway I went back to the main hood and enrolled again and University worked.
